This is my 1st attempt at sharing some of the recipes which I am fond of with the rest of the world out there. 1 thing I wish to say is that all the recipes would be vegetarian. So, I hope my readers would love these recipes as much as I love creating them.

Though mostly Indian, I wouold also share from time to time some non-Indian recipes - Western, Asian, Singaporean, Italian etc..
